1. Confidentiality
All submitted images and data will be treated as confidential and not shared outside of the editing process.
2. Proper Use of Edited Images
You agree not to use edited images to misrepresent work performed, falsify reports, or violate any laws or regulations.
3. Usage Rights
All photo edits are provided for internal use only. Final edited files are delivered as-is and do not include editable or layered source files unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Submission Rights
You confirm that you have the legal right to submit these photos for editing and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights or confidentiality agreements.
5. Client Responsibility
Edits are based on the information you provide. You are responsible for confirming final accuracy. ZERO PUNCH is not liable for any project delays, disputes, or costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete client input.
6. Order Quantity
Only the number of photos selected and paid for at checkout will be edited. Additional images require a separate purchase.
7. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse any submission that is unclear, inappropriate, or beyond the scope of our editing service.
8. Turnaround Time
We aim to deliver edited photos within 24 hours of order confirmation. However, delivery times may vary depending on workload and submission complexity. While we do our best to meet this timeframe, it is not guaranteed.
9. Accuracy Confirmation
By submitting the form, I confirm all entered information is accurate.
10. Prohibition of False Reporting
You agree not to use edited photos to create false or misleading representations of job site conditions, progress, or completed work. Any misuse to falsify reports or documentation is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of service and legal action.
Such false reporting does not reflect on Zero Punch as a company and Zero Punch disclaims any liability related to misuse of edited images.
